Ms. BenElyahoo graduated summa cum laude from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in May 2004 and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Hunter College of the City University of New York.

She was admitted to the New York State Bar in April of 2005. She is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Prior to her association with Ronald Weiss, P.C., Ms. BenElyahoo worked as an associate with the Law Offices of Howard E. Greenberg, Esq. P.C., where she dealt with a broad range of general litigation issues.
