The Law Firm of Ronald D. Weiss, P.C. has been dedicated to representing individuals and businesses in financial hardship, since the Firm was founded in 1993.  The firm has extensive expertise in Bankruptcy Law, Reorganizations, Creditor Negotiations, Foreclosure Defense, Litigation Defense, Landlord/Tenant Defense, as well as Real Estate Law.  

Mr. Weiss is an active member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Suffolk County Bar Association. He was admitted to practice in New York in 1989 and Connecticut in 1988. 

Ronald D. Weiss is a graduate of New York University School of Law. Mr. Weiss’ past experience includes serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Prudence B. Abram, a United States Bankruptcy Judge in the Southern District of New York, and practicing bankruptcy law at several prominent Manhattan law firms. Our law office is a “debt relief agency” as such term is defined under federal bankruptcy law.
